The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page 5, section 3c, line 114, by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“: Provided, That the Division of Motor Vehicles may require the purchaser of the vehicle to submit as evidence of farm-use a copy of Schedule F (Internal Revenue Service Form 1040) from the owner’s federal income tax return filed for the year immediately preceding the purchase of the vehicle.”
